our story

Lisa's Founding Story:

Plymouth was born from experience, not theory. Our founder, Lisa Wehden, missed the H-1B lottery in 2020 and faced an O-1 denial soon after. Rather than give up, she found the right guidance, won her case, and eventually earned her green card. Along the way, she saw what thousands of ambitious people discover too late: the U.S. immigration system isn’t designed for speed, clarity, or builders. Plymouth was created to change that. We turn a maze of forms and uncertainty into a clear, confident path for global talent.

Today, we help founders, engineers, and researchers secure O-1 visas and other advanced immigration pathways to live and work in the United States.
